I wanted to express my gratitude and specifically commend Ms. Wanda Lowe. Last week my windshield cracked, and i came into you place of business “off the street” for assistance. Ms. Lowe and another gentleman were extremely pleasant, helpful and informative. Ms. Lowe went out to my car and made two phone calls on my behalf. She personified customer service. In this day and age that is hard to come by. During my time in your office the framed letters from the 20s and 30s caught my eye. Suffice it to say, Ms. Lowe showed me that you company’s dedication to the customer has not changed in all these years.

When I got the estimate from the insurance adjuster and it was almost $9,000, I was really worried that the damage was so severe she would never be happy with the car after it was repaired. However, not only does the car look as good as new, but neither one of us have been able to detect any change in the way the car drives either. As you know, I have always been a very satisfied customer of Hollingsworth Auto Service and have never had any hesitancy to recommend our customers to you, but the repair job your employees did this time was exceptional, and I just wanted to say thank you and ask to pass on to your technicians our appreciation for their excellent work.

To all the workers that played a part in getting my car repaired — a black, mercury sable — from the young lady at the front desk who helped me get a rental car… to Linda for being so kind and efficient, to the nice gentleman that took my car back to get it cleaned up — I want to say a big “thank you.” I was treated so nice and courteous by all of you.
